About Us 
Dominic's Italian Grille and Pizzeria is owned and operated by a family hailing from Boston's Italian North End. This Massachusetts-based family migrated to Florida in 1987 and brought with them an old-world sense of family endearment evident in the warm aromas surrounding the kitchen. Chef Dom, his brother and sister are the children of two second generation Italian Immigrants.
Chef Dominic brings his unique flair for Italian cuisine to the Oldsmar area. A graduate of Johnson and Whales University's College of Culinary Arts, he infuses modern Italian cooking techniques with a deeply traditional style of cooking that can only come from a long line of old world family recipes. Whether you choose Dominic's own Tuscan Veal Chop or his authentic Homemade Lasagna, you’ll enjoy a fulfilling dining experience brimming with all the flavors of Italy.
